meet my sweet, silly sister linda who started this whole gang off 26 years ago when chelsea made her entrance into the world (in my childhood bedroom i'd like you all to know!) 5 amazing kids in all (all below) & with their sweethearts & their own kids now, our family just keeps growing... & growing. And growing. Big heartfelt warm mushy wonderfilled thanks to linda for getting it all going & keeping it all running. You're amazing!



here's wrena (with sharalin, who you met earlier)... there will be more of wrena to come but even here, i think you can see that twinkle in her eye... that little bit of mischief & that whole lot of love. A great combination that keeps us on our toes & keeps wrena glowing.

the family - chelsea, bob & nila

chelsea & bob created little nila & brought her into the world & our lives just over 1 year ago. And what a gift she's been. Such a sparkle. And chelsea & bob have fallen into parenthood like they were born to do it. Naturals, for sure. There is so much love & fun in this little family that they are just a joy to be around. Ahhhh... & i get to from time to time. Lucky me! There's more of them to come but here's a taste of the trio...

i spent the day working on janelle & fred's photos as they sail up the coast on a chartered boat towards Desolation Sound. How fitting!

janelle was SO excited & happy... she just kept telling everyone "i love you"! "i love you"! Perfect sentiments for a wedding day, wouldn't you say? :O)

meet janelle & fred. If i weren't so happily married myself, i think i'd like to run away with these two! Truly, i've fallen in love. Janelle is vivacious & fun, drop-dead-gorgeous & delightfully silly. Fred is warm & tender, sweet & handsome as all get out. And together they are AMAZING. I had such a great day following them into their marriage, meeting their families & friends, wandering with them through the woods & out onto the bluffs of helliwell park, capturing all their delight & magic through my lens. Here's just a taste of the two of them... (if you fall in love, too, i understand. It seems to be catching!)

janelle said she wanted a great photo of fred's great eyes & i think this may be the one. I saw so much love & tenderness in those eyes today as fred walked into marriage with the woman he so truly loves. I love my job.

this is going down as one of my all time FAVORITE WEDDING PHOTOS! I love how they're looking at one anther, the sense of play, the LOVE, that dress, the colours, those clouds... YUM.

i've been working through alex & dale's wedding photos & keep coming across images i love from their day. So, another taste from their celebration...

can't you just see the love in this family? In alex's sister's face above & between her & her dad below? The whole day felt like that - love & caring & heaps of sweetness & fun. Yum. And i get to capture it all in photographs. I love my job!
